Computer vision tracking and robotic platforms will control digital projectors to project images precisely on specific topographies of the body. This collaboration hopes to merge the polarites of substance and illusion or time and movement .

]]> Susie J Lee and James Coupe are awarded South Lake Union commission by the city of Seattle Susie J Lee and James Coupe have been commissioned to create an installation for the Lake Union Streetcar transit station. The installation will include a real time narration / conversation on themes of waiting and transitional moments that will be synchronized with the waiting time of the train system. Unique dialogues will be created using script writers, Markov chain algorithms, and artificial intelligence. The dialogue will be heard on speakers at the site and read on LED readerboards identical to the ones displaying real-time information of the next train's arrival. The site will be up and running by March 2009.
